One of many sweet dishes offered in the morning, this is a favorite of mine to prepare. Slightly sweetened pioneer biscuits with plump strawberries and freshly whipped cream are beautiful to behold in hand-painted dessert dishes-once belonging to my mother-in-law, Connie Gironda of Mamaroneck, N.Y.
